ABCs of Singapore

This book is fully decodable for new readers. The six stories have been written with a carefully controlled vocabulary based on the Jolly Phonics methodology which can be used with any other phonics programmes. Underlined words in the book can be decoded by each letter sound. All other words are non-decodable words that are frequently used but do not follow the basic phonics sounds.

Teaching Strategies, as well as comprehension questions, are included to ensure that children will develop both fluency and comprehension.
